use flat rate shipping, so
your cost is the same no
matter how many items you
order. You know exactly what
it will be - there are no

will my order be shipped?
If
you order by 3 PM Pacific Time
on a weekday, we'll ship to
you that same day. Otherwise,
we aim to ship all items on
the next business day.

when
will my merchandise be
delivered?
The
Post Office estimates 5-7
business day delivery time
anywhere in the United States
for First Class Mail, and 2-3
business days for Priority
Mail. So, if you need the
products ASAP, choose Priority
Mail.
As
to UPS, We ship from central
Washington. So your UPS
package should arrive within
2-7 days, depending on your
distance from the Pacific
Northwest.

how
do I order online?
For
each product you like, click
the "Add to Cart"
button. This keeps your
choices in a special place
(called a Shopping Cart) while
you're shopping.
Placing
items in the cart isn't the
same as purchasing; NOTHING IS
BILLED TO YOUR ACCOUNT when
you add or remove items from
the cart.
To
see your choices, click
"View Cart" button
at top of any page. You can
add or remove items from your
cart at any time.
When
you're done shopping, click
"View Cart" button,
then click the "Check
Out" button at bottom.
Fill out your information,
including any gift wrapping
instructions. The whole
process takes only a few
minutes.

is your return policy?
Purchases
may be returned within 14 days
of the date you received your
order. All returned items must
be in unused condition in the
original unopened packaging
(excluding gift packaging) for
a complete refund, excluding
shipping charges.
Merchandise
must be returned within 14
days of your delivery date.
Beyond that point, we cannot
accept returns. Slumber Sounds
is not responsible for
shipping charges on returned
items - such shipping charges
are your responsibility.

it really safe to order over
the internet?
We
share your concern about
security: if ordering systems
aren't secure then Slumber
Sounds (or any internet
business) simply can't
function. We protect you with
industry standard 128-bit SSL
encryption, using the secure
servers at Yahoo!
Encryption
is used whenever you send us
your information. Look at the
bottom of your screen as you
type - you'll see an unbroken
key symbol (or a lock symbol,
depending on your browser).
This means your data is being
automatically encrypted as
it's sent. The technology
works - we've never had a case
of stolen information. Not
one.
We
do not charge your card until
your order is shipped. All
credit card orders are subject
to approval and verification
by the issuing bank.

I have to pay sales tax?
We
charge 8% sales tax on all
orders that originate in the
state of Washington.
Otherwise, you pay no sales
tax.

have two ways to order.

For fastest service, order by
telephone. Have your Visa,

Express card handy, then call

from 9 AM to 4 PM, west coast

Yes,
and it's completely free.
If
you're going to a baby shower,
or want a nifty present for
your new grandchild, here's
the hassle-free way to
personalize your gift.
As
you type your information on
the order screens, you'll be
able to enter a personalized
message. We'll handwrite the
message on a nice card,
enclose it with your order,
and gift wrap everything with
a baby-themed paper. Of
course, there will be no
receipt in the package; just
the products and your
card.
